Worship Opportunities:

Trinity's beautiful sanctuary provides a worshipful setting where we experience God's presence.  We find it to be a place where we can draw strength and gain a renewed sense of belonging to the family of God.

Trinity has two worship services each Sunday morning at 9 and 11 o'clock.  Holy Communion is celebrated at both services on the first Sunday of each month.

Worship at Trinity is open to all. Each service has a central theme based on the common lectionary of the church year. Services have dynamic preaching and beautiful music. The comprehensive music program is open to persons of all ages regardless of musical talent.  Participating in the choir program is an excellent way to contribute actively to the worship of God.

Special services include Christmas Eve Candlelight and Communion Services, New Years' Covenant Service, Ash Wednesday Service, Tuesday Noonday Luncheon and Devotional Services during lent, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday Services in Holy Week.  On Easter Sunday we hold a Sunrise Service.

We join with neighboring churches in an annual Community Thanksgiving Service.  At times we hold prayer vigils to lift up special concerns and praise services to celebrate special blessings.

Trinity's worship follows the pattern found in the United Methodist Hymnal. As the family of faith, we gather:

  • to worship the Lord,

  • to hear the word,

  • to offer our prayers and gifts,

  • to witness to the word,

  • to respond and go forth in service to the Lord.

We pray that you will join us in worship to the Lord who has given us the gift of the Holy Spirit.
